Hal supervises field operations at Ocean. With more than 14 years experience in the field as a project superintendent, Hal has worked on a wide range of public and private sector developments.
Prior to Ocean, Hal spent 11 years designing, inspecting and supervising various municipal and provincial infrastructure projects. Hal holds a Civil Engineering degree from Dalhousie University.
