John M. Flemming, P.Eng.

John is in charge of the estimating division and supervises project management. He has six years experience as Ocean's senior estimator and project manager. John currently serves as the Past President of the Nova Scotia Road Builders Association.
Prior to Ocean, John spent six years acting as Project Superintendent and Project Manager for several major civil projects in British Columbia. John holds a Civil Engineering degree from Dalhousie University.
