The health and safety of our employees, clients and the
community is of top priority to Ocean.
We have an active management programme which sets objectives and targets at all levels of the company to improve our quality, safety and environmental performance. Continually striving for improvement, we consider staff safety training a key component in achieving these goals. Ocean has an active and extensive training programme for all employees which includes recognition of WHMIS, First Aid, Confined Space Entry and Fall Arrest accreditations to name a few. Ocean is certified by the Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association and implements a strict safety policy. We invite you to read our Health and Safety Manual.
