Scott heads up Ocean's concrete division, comprising estimating, sales and quality control. He is also taking a lead role in marketing and public relations for the company. Scott holds a Civil Engineering degree from Dalhousie University.
Most recently, Scott worked for two years in Geneva, Switzerland with the United Nations as a project manager for a multi-disciplinary working group promoting the global economic impacts of climate change on the private sector. This role was directly linked to the Kyoto Protocol. Previously, Scott gained valuable project management experience with PCL Constructors Canada Inc. as a Project Engineer based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
